Our mission is to discover, innovate, and publicize new research and product development for industry, government, society, and students in the area of biomaterials and packaging. The curriculum is designed to meet the needs of students and employers who are interested in the extensive variety of positions within the natural resources community outside of traditional careers within forestry and wildlife sciences.

This Curriculum Is Unique In That It Has Collaborators From The College Of Engineering, College Of Architecture, College Of Business, College Of Agriculture, And Will Be Housed In The School Of Forestry & Wildlife Sciences.

The college of forestry and wildlife sciences (cfws) undergraduate and graduate programs prepare students of all ages and backgrounds to become leaders in the sustainable management, utilization, and stewardship of natural resources. Students also must complete designated courses in the major with at least a 2.0 cumulative gpa. Students can become registered foresters upon completion of a minor in forest resources.
